Fairway Electric Group was founded due to a growing need facing tenants, builders, HOA's, and Property Managers alike: A lack of real-world expertise in the field of Fire and Life safety. Our unique approach is not only what differentiates us, but also what makes us successful. We provide a broad range of services and solutions to help organizations meet or exceed AHJ requirements, often at a fraction of the cost of legacy Fire and Life Safety firms.

FIRE ALARM DESIGN AND CONSULTING

Fairway Electric Group can provide bid sets or shop drawing preparation for all types of Fire Alarm systems, including fire sprinkler water flow monitoring, full coverage smoke detection, beam detection (for large volumes), flame detection (for high-value protection), heat detection, and manual pull station locations. Our fire alarm system packages include device and appliance layout, development of specifications, voltage drop calculations, wiring diagrams, battery backup calculations, and development of product datasheets.

FIRE ALARM/SPRINKLER/SUPPRESSION DESIGN AND CONSULTING

Fairway Electric Group can provide a complete bid package or full-scale engineered shop drawing design for a permit for all types of fire suppression systems, including fire sprinkler systems (wet-pipe, dry-pipe, pre-action, deluge), clean agent systems (redox or oxygen reducing), low and high expansion foam systems. Our services include the issuance of schematic design, design development, and construction document preparation.
